1. Aperol Spritz
I can’t get to Italy right now–so I’m teleporting myself with a classic Aperol spritz! It’s ultra refreshing and not-to-sweet. I’d gladly sip one now, it’s perfect on warm days.
Easy Recipe: Build 3 oz Prosecco, 2 oz Aperol, and 1 oz soda water over ice in a wine glass. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice.
2. Amaretto Sour
I make the best Amaretto Sour EVER. And now, I’m going to share my favorite recipe with you.
Easy Recipe: Shake 1 1/2 oz amaretto, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon rich simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water), and 1/2 oz egg white (optional, for froth) with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
3. Aviation
The Aviation is a floral, gin-based cocktail with a striking pale purple hue, famous for its use of crème de violette.
Easy Recipe: Shake 2 oz gin, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur, and 1/4 oz crème de violette with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
4. Airmail
I LOVE this refreshing and effervescent rum cocktail that starts with A. It has a tropical twist and is topped with sparkling wine.
Easy Recipe: Shake 1 1/2 oz aged rum, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to warm water) with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or flute. Top with 2 oz dry sparkling wine (like Prosecco or Cava). Garnish with a lime twist.
5. Alexander
Creamy and decadent, the Alexander is a dessert cocktail made with cognac, crème de cacao, and cream.
Easy Recipe: Shake 1 oz cognac, 1 oz dark crème de cacao, and 1 oz fresh cream with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Easy Recipe: Build 1 1/2 oz Campari and 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth over ice in an old fashioned glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with an orange slice.
7. Alabama Slammer
This fruity Alabama Slammer cocktail that knocks my socks off. It’s like a fruity, boozy iced tea.
Easy Recipe: Shake 1 oz Southern Comfort, 1 oz amaretto, 1 oz sloe gin, and 2 oz orange juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
8. Appletini (Apple Martini)
The Appletini is a modern, crisp, and tart vodka martini with a bright green apple flavor.
Easy Recipe: Shake 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz apple schnapps (or Calvados), and 1/2 oz triple sec (like Cointreau) with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice or an apple fan.
9. Angel Face
The Angel Face is a Prohibition-era cocktail that combines gin, apricot brandy, and apple brandy for a smooth, fruity profile.

10. Agua de Sevilla
I love a festive Spanish punch. Agua de Sevilla blends cava, pineapple juice, and spirits for a tropical party drink. Salud!
