1. Malibu Piña Colada

My Malibu Rum Piña Colada is an easy drink I make at home with just THREE ingredients! This easy tropical frozen Piña Colada recipe takes me just a few minutes to make. 🍹

Easy Recipe: Combine 2 oz Malibu Rum, 2 oz pineapple juice, and 1 oz cream of coconut in a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

2. Malibu Sunrise

If you haven’t had this fun, fruity Malibu drink before, we’re going to change that!!

Easy Recipe: Build the drink in a highball glass filled with ice. Slowly pour each ingredient in order, allowing them to layer: 2 oz Malibu Rum, 1 oz orange juice, 3 oz pineapple juice, and 1 oz grenadine. The grenadine will sink to the bottom creating a sunset gradient. Garnish with maraschino cherries (or pineapple & lime wedges).

3. Malibu Sunset

The Malibu Sunset is a tropical layered rum drink with colors of a sunset! I LOVE pineapple and it’s a perfect pairing with coconut Malibu rum. 

Easy Recipe: In tall glass with ice, combine 3-4 oz pineapple-orange juice blend, 2 oz Malibu coconut rum. Drizzle ½ oz grenadine. Garnish with pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.

4. Malibu Bay Breeze

With only 3 ingredients the fruity Malibu Bay Breeze cocktail is my new go-to rum drink. I can’t even taste the rum in it!

Easy Recipe: Build the drink in a highball glass filled with ice. Pour in equal parts (2 oz each) of Malibu Rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. The cranberry juice will sink to the bottom, creating a layered effect. Garnish with a lime slices, pineapple wedge, and maraschino cherry.

5. Malibu Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiris are what comes to mind when I think of Malibu Rum. This drink can be made with frozen strawberries which are good-for-you right?!

Easy Recipe: Blend 1 oz Malibu Strawberry Rum, 1/2 oz lime juice, and ¾ oz simple syrup, 1 oz strawberry puree with ice (or 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries). Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or strawberry slices.

6. Malibu & Coke

I LOVE rum and Coke! When I want to sit back and relax, this super easy Malibu and Coke recipe is my favorite quick cocktail to make on a summer day.

Easy Recipe: I stir 2 oz of rum and 4 oz of diet cola over plenty of ice. Garnish with lime wedges.

7. Watermelon Malibu Rum Punch

I make this delicious Watermelon Malibu Rum Punch in minutes for summer parties! I prefer frothy textured punch–but you can also strain it. Never underestimate a watermelon punch bowl to bring a summer party together!

Easy Recipe: Mix 1 cup of watermelon juice, 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of orange juice, 4 oz of Malibu Rum, 3/4 cup of lime juice, and 1/2 cup of sugar in a seedless watermelon. Garnish with lime wedges.

8. Malibu & Ginger Ale

Malibu and ginger ale are a perfect combo. This riff on the Dark and Stormy has a splash of spicy ginger ale, and a slice of lime.

9. Malibu Twisted Pink

I just made this tart Malibu Twisted Pink Cocktail–and it’s SO good!

Easy Recipe: Fill a highball glass with ice and combine 1 oz Malibu Rum, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 1 oz cranberry juice. Garnish with grapefruit and lime wedges.

10. Hawaiian Mimosa

I make Hawaiian Mimosas for Sunday brunch when I want to treat myself. I LOVE them!

Easy Recipe: In a champagne glass, mix 1 oz Malibu Rum, 2 oz cold pineapple juice, and top with cold champagne. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail cherry.

Easy Recipe: Fill a highball glass with ice. Combine 2 oz Malibu Rum with 4 oz Sprite over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Easy Recipe: Blend ice with 1.5 oz Malibu Coconut Rum and 1.5 oz Cream of Coconut. Rim martini glass with chocolate syrup.

13. Malibu Cranberry Lemonade

Easy Recipe: Fill a highball glass with ice. Combine 2 oz Malibu Rum, 2 oz cranberry juice, and 2 oz lemonade. Stir and garnish with lime wedges.

14. Malibu Spiced Iced Coffee

Sipping this delicious Malibu Spiced Iced Coffee drink makes me feel tropical! My coffee breaks are now mini-vacays! 🌴 

Easy Recipe: In a large glass filled with ice, pour 1 1/2 oz Malibu rum. Add 1 cup slightly cooled strong coffee mixed with 1 tbsp coconut sugar. Pour in 1/4 cup coconut milk. Stir gently. Top with whipped coconut cream, and sprinkle 2 tbsp toasted coconut over the drink.

15. Malibu Sparkling Piña Colada

I plan to take my next summer party or backyard luau to another level with this easy, tropical Malibu Sparkling Piña Colada. T

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1 1/2 oz Malibu Original rum, 1/2 oz pineapple juice, and 1/2 oz cream of coconut. Shake until cold. Add 3 oz sparkling wine to the shaker and gently stir. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

16. Malibu Tipsy Mermaid

I sure do love this Malibu Tipsy Mermaid cocktail–and I my Malibu rum drinks list is a great excuse to share this delicious and easy recipe with you all!

Easy Recipe: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add 1 oz Midori, 1 oz Malibu rum, and 2 oz pineapple juice. Stir well. Slowly pour 1 oz blue curacao over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect. Garnish with lime slice and maraschino cherry.

17. Pineapple Malibu Slushie

There’s nothing I love better than a frosty, boozy slushie in the middle of summer. Beat the heat with this refreshing frozen treat, the Pineapple Malibu Slush.

Easy Recipe: In a blender, combine 2 oz Malibu Rum, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 cup ice, and 5 oz sliced pineapple (from a can). Blend for 1 minute. Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice. Serve with a spoon.

18. Bahama Mama

I LOVE this is a copy cat of the refreshing Applebee’s Bahama Mama drink with Malibu.

Easy Recipe: Layer the ingredients in a glass in this order–1 ounce of rum, ½ ounce of Malibu coconut rum, ½ ounce of banana liqueur, ½ ounce of grenadine, 1 ounce of pineapple juice, 1 ounce of orange juice, splash of Sprite. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.

19. Malibu Orange Float

You all know that I love a citrusy cocktail. And I always have vanilla ice cream on hand to make a float when I’m in the mood–or I have unexpected company.  

Easy Recipe: In a tall glass, add 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream. Pour in 2 oz Malibu Orange Float rum and 2 oz orange soda. Gently stir to combine.

20. Chi Chi

I love tropical drinks and this Malibu Chi Chi cocktail is tops on my list! It’s perfect for luaus, BBQs, or just because.

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1-1/3 oz vodka, 2/3 oz Malibu coconut rum, and 1-1/3 oz milk. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with pineapple juice and stir. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

21. Malibu & Tonic

My Malibu Tonic recipe uses the classics 1:2 liquor to mixer ratio! It’s super easy to make. In one minute, I’ve got a refreshing coconut rum cocktail that everyone loves!

Easy Recipe: In a lowball glass filled with ice, pour 2 oz Malibu Original rum and 4 oz tonic water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.

22. Malibu Paradise

My Malibu Paradise has only 5 ingredients and is SO easy to make! It’s a STRONG sip! And perfect for the boat, backyard party, or a festive summer night!

Easy Recipe: In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup Malibu rum, 1 cup vodka, 1 cup pineapple juice, and 2 cups cranberry juice. Stir well to mix. Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with a lime wedges.

23. RumChata Malibu Lime and Soda

I officially declare this drink with Malibu rum pure tropical deliciousness! I’d also recommend it for anyone who enjoys Coladas! 

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1 1/2 oz RumChata, 1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum, and 3/4 oz sweetened lime juice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a tall glass filled halfway with ice. Top with 4 oz club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.

24. Pink Pirate Rum Punch

This tropical Pink Pirate Rum punch lets me pretend there are clear blue waters nearby– work waiting on my desk. 

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1/2 oz rum, 1 oz coconut rum, 1 oz banana liqueur, 2 oz cranberry juice, and 2 oz pineapple juice. Shake for 7-10 seconds. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and/or pineapple chunks.

25. Malibu Mai Tai

I really enjoy sipping Mai Tai’s and this Malibu recipe won my heart with that first sip.

Easy Recipe: In a glass with ice, combine 2 oz Malibu rum, 1 oz amaretto, 1 oz maraschino cherry juice, 1/2 oz grenadine, 3 oz sweet and sour m ix, and 3 oz pineapple juice. Stir well. Garnish with pineapple wedges, orange, and a maraschino cherry.

26. Malibu Barbie

The color pink was everywhere when the Barbie movie came out. I honestly loved it!! And I’m still here for it.

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz dragon fruit simple syrup and 1.5 oz rosé vodka. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling lemonade. Sprinkle with edible glitter and gently stir.

27. Rainbow Paradise

I LOVE the layered rainbow effect in this Malibu rum drink–it’s gorgeous!

Easy Recipe: In a hurricane glass, pour 1 oz grenadine and fill with crushed ice. In a separate cup, mix 4 oz pineapple juice and 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum, then slowly pour over the ice. In another cup, combine 1 oz water and 1 oz blue curacao. Using the back of a spoon, slowly pour the blue mixture over the yellow layer to create a float. Garnish with a lemon or orange slice. 

28. June Bug

Summer is here, and it’s time to sip a delicious Malibu drink in the shade. I have just that! Cheers!

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz Midori melon liqueur, 1 oz Malibu coconut rum, 1/2 oz banana liqueur (optional), 1 oz sweet-and-sour mix, and 2 oz pineapple juice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.

29. Malibu Strawberry Lemonade Vodka

Why I love this Malibu rum drink: summery flavors, easy to mix, super smooth!

Easy Recipe: In a large pitcher with ice, combine 1 cup Pink Whitney vodka, 1 cup Strawberry Malibu rum, 1 1/2 cups water, and 12 oz thawed pink lemonade concentrate. Stir well to mix. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon and strawberry slices.

30. Blue Hawaiian

I mean, it’s tiki time somewhere! I like to add orange slices as a garnish–so festive.

Easy Recipe: In a hurricane glass filled with ice, combine 1 oz Malibu Original rum, 1 oz Blue Curaçao, and 2 oz pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail cherries.

31. Malibu Limbo Lady

I hope you’ll enjoy this one! The Malibu Limbo Lady features lychee juice–I get mine at my local Asian market or Amazon.

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice cubes, combine 1 oz Malibu rum, 1 oz gin, 1 oz lychee juice, 1/3 oz coconut syrup, and 1 tsp rosewater. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. 

32. Malibu Beach Cocktail

Here’s a brilliant Malibu drink with a deliciously tropical flavor: the Malibu Beach! This cocktail brings the party with it’s refreshing fruity vibes.

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz coconut rum, 2 oz cranberry juice, and 2 oz orange juice. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

33. Malibu St. Lawrence Lemonade

A friend of mine knows I’m a former bartender and asked me to mix this drink. I served it in a mason jar. I used Stevia as the lemonade sweetener instead of sugar–it was a hit!

Easy Recipe: In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, combine 3/4 oz Malibu Rum, 3/4 oz Absolut Vodka, and 2 1/2 oz lemonade. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with a mint leaf.

34. Malibu Electric Smurf

This Malibu Electric Smurf cocktail is full of tropical flavors of coconut, pineapple and orange. I find beautiful blue drinks so much fun to sip!

Easy Recipe: In a glass with 3 ice cubes, add 1 oz Malibu rum and 1 oz blue curacao. Fill the glass halfway with Sprite and halfway with pineapple juice. Stir gently and serve.

35. Coconut Snowball

I don’t know about you, but I can never have too much coconut in my Malibu drinks. Yum!! 🥥

Easy Recipe: Rim martini glasses with a mixture of 2 tbsp confectioners sugar and 1 tsp water, then dip in 3 tbsp shredded coconut. In a shaker with ice, combine 6 oz half-and-half, 4 oz coconut rum, 2 oz vanilla vodka, and 2 oz cream of coconut. Shake and strain into prepared glasses.

36. Malibu Bikini Martini

I love how well the Malibu rum coconut flavor works with the pineapple and vodka in this drink. I play with this recipe to add my own garnishes based on my favorite ingredients–like citrus fruits or strawberries as garnishes.

Easy Recipe: Pour 1 oz grenadine into a martini glass. In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz vodka, 2 oz Malibu rum, and 2 oz chilled pineapple juice. Shake well. Slowly pour the mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create layers.

37. Almond Joy Martini Vodka

I have a feeling I’m going to enjoy mixing this Malibu rum drink. Almond Joys are my favorite chocolate bar! I’m going to try it soon, with a mini Almond Joy garnish!!

Easy Recipe: Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup and shredded coconut. In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz Amaretto, 1 oz vodka, 1 oz coconut rum, 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao, and 2 oz half and half. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into the prepared glass. Optional: Drizzle extra chocolate syrup inside the glass.

38. Malibu Carribean Cosmo

I’m kind of in love the Cosmopolitan, and Malibu Rum should give it a totally different edge–for an interesting variation on the classic Cosmo!

Easy Recipe: In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz Malibu Passion Fruit rum, 1 oz Malibu Mango rum, 1 oz Malibu Pineapple rum, and a dash of cranberry juice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Top with a splash of tonic water. Garnish with a lime peel.
